Placed an order on the Wednesday, received the goods first thing Friday morning. The sign looked great, but was mistakenly made on a black background instead of white as ordered. The company were very apologetic and set out to make a new sign straight away - free of charge - no questions asked. I ordered the Sorrento sign. It’s fabulous looking on my wall. Very well made, packaged well for transit and very quick delivery.
