Every email was answered, with every query. I did not have to make one telephone call as the emails were responded to so quickly. The item I received was absolutely beautiful. I have never had to commission a house name before, but should anyone ask if I know somewhere, this Company will be my first port of call for recommendations. Louise is an excellent member of staff.

I'm over the moon with the 2 personalised night lights I purchased. I left the font/design in the capable hands of Kevin and they are perfect! Really well made, well packaged and they look stunning all lit up. Already looking into having one with my business logo on too. Highly recommended
