Placed an order on the Wednesday, received the goods first thing Friday morning. The sign looked great, but was mistakenly made on a black background instead of white as ordered. The company were very apologetic and set out to make a new sign straight away - free of charge - no questions asked. I'm over the moon with the 2 personalised night lights I purchased. I left the font/design in the capable hands of Kevin and they are perfect! Really well made, well packaged and they look stunning all lit up. Already looking into having one with my business logo on too. Highly recommended
