Placed an order on the Wednesday, received the goods first thing Friday morning. The sign looked great, but was mistakenly made on a black background instead of white as ordered. The company were very apologetic and set out to make a new sign straight away - free of charge - no questions asked. Our house is oddly positioned and causes a lot of issues for delivery men so a sign is absolutely essential. Totally stumbled across plastic republic and I could not have asked for more. The online design tools are easy to use hardest bit was trying to agree on the font with my partner!! It arrived on time as expected in perfect condition and the instructions are simple to follow to put the sign up. We accidentally lost the screw section of the stand off spacer and so I emailed. The reply was quick and they are sending me another!! Brilliant customer service and a beautiful sign. We bought from the Marletti range and absolutely love it. It will be better when completed but that's our fault for losing a piece...oops. Thank you very much.
