Plastic Republic have been first class in their service. I recently commissioned a house name in black acrylic. The team were very supportive and guided me well throughout the process. Every email was answered, with every query. I did not have to make one telephone call as the emails were responded to so quickly. The item I received was absolutely beautiful. I have never had to commission a house name before, but should anyone ask if I know somewhere, this Company will be my first port of call for recommendations. Louise is an excellent member of staff.

I ordered the Sorrento sign. It’s fabulous looking on my wall. Very well made, packaged well for transit and very quick delivery. Louise was brilliant, her customer service is excellent, she helped me to get the size of sign I wanted to purchase. She even offered to do the order for me . Would definitely recommend.

From start to finish this is a CLASS "A" company. Their website is a breeze to use and provides so much insight to the final product. Customer Service is second to none - they verified my order immediately and the details of the order to make sure they have it right...and they were very helpful in the design. They checked in as the signs moved along and gave me notice when the order shipped. The signs arrived when promised (2 days ahead). They are flawless; without a single scratch or error; they were individually and very carefully wrapped. I wish I could post pictures (I will try on Google). Needless to say...they look GORGEOUS.
