Very satisfied customer here! I accidentally ordered the wrong font and sent an email to see if it could be changed. Received a really quick reply on a Sunday! The item was dispatched really quickly. Later, I lost the screws to install the numbers and contacted them to see could I get them anywhere, and they have offered to send a new set of screws! Fantastic customer service from several different members of staff. Good communication, great products. Thank you so much!

From start to finish this is a CLASS "A" company. Their website is a breeze to use and provides so much insight to the final product. Customer Service is second to none - they verified my order immediately and the details of the order to make sure they have it right...and they were very helpful in the design. They checked in as the signs moved along and gave me notice when the order shipped. The signs arrived when promised (2 days ahead). They are flawless; without a single scratch or error; they were individually and very carefully wrapped. I wish I could post pictures (I will try on Google). Needless to say...they look GORGEOUS.

Plastic Republic have been first class in their service. I recently commissioned a house name in black acrylic. The team were very supportive and guided me well throughout the process. Every email was answered, with every query. I did not have to make one telephone call as the emails were responded to so quickly. The item I received was absolutely beautiful.
