Placed an order on the Wednesday, received the goods first thing Friday morning. The sign looked great, but was mistakenly made on a black background instead of white as ordered. The company were very apologetic and set out to make a new sign straight away - free of charge - no questions asked. Very satisfied customer here! I accidentally ordered the wrong font and sent an email to see if it could be changed. Received a really quick reply on a Sunday! The item was dispatched really quickly. Later, I lost the screws to install the numbers and contacted them to see could I get them anywhere, and they have offered to send a new set of screws! Fantastic customer service from several different members of staff. Good communication, great products. Thank you so much!
