Very satisfied customer here! I accidentally ordered the wrong font and sent an email to see if it could be changed. Received a really quick reply on a Sunday! The item was dispatched really quickly. Later, I lost the screws to install the numbers and contacted them to see could I get them anywhere, and they have offered to send a new set of screws!
