Placed an order on the Wednesday, received the goods first thing Friday morning. The sign looked great, but was mistakenly made on a black background instead of white as ordered. The company were very apologetic and set out to make a new sign straight away - free of charge - no questions asked. From start to finish this is a CLASS "A" company. Their website is a breeze to use and provides so much insight to the final product. Customer Service is second to none - they verified my order immediately and the details of the order to make sure they have it right...and they were very helpful in the design. They checked in as the signs moved along and gave me notice when the order shipped. The signs arrived when promised (2 days ahead). They are flawless; without a single scratch or error; they were individually and very carefully wrapped. I wish I could post pictures (I will try on Google). Needless to say...they look GORGEOUS.
