From start to finish this is a CLASS "A" company. Their website is a breeze to use and provides so much insight to the final product. Customer Service is second to none - they verified my order immediately and the details of the order to make sure they have it right...and they were very helpful in the design. They checked in as the signs moved along and gave me notice when the order shipped. The signs arrived when promised (2 days ahead). They are flawless; without a single scratch or error; they were individually and very carefully wrapped. I wish I could post pictures (I will try on Google). Needless to say...they look GORGEOUS.

Our house is oddly positioned and causes a lot of issues for delivery men so a sign is absolutely essential. Totally stumbled across plastic republic and I could not have asked for more. The online design tools are easy to use hardest bit was trying to agree on the font with my partner!! It arrived on time as expected in perfect condition and the instructions are simple to follow to put the sign up. We accidentally lost the screw section of the stand off spacer and so I emailed. The reply was quick and they are sending me another!! Brilliant customer service and a beautiful sign. We bought from the Marletti range and absolutely love it. It will be better when completed but that's our fault for losing a piece...oops. Thank you very much.

Very satisfied customer here! I accidentally ordered the wrong font and sent an email to see if it could be changed. Received a really quick reply on a Sunday! The item was dispatched really quickly. Later, I lost the screws to install the numbers and contacted them to see could I get them anywhere, and they have offered to send a new set of screws! Fantastic customer service from several different members of staff. Good communication, great products. Thank you so much!
