Every email was answered, with every query. I did not have to make one telephone call as the emails were responded to so quickly. The item I received was absolutely beautiful. I ordered the Sorrento sign. It’s fabulous looking on my wall. Very well made, packaged well for transit and very quick delivery. Louise was brilliant, her customer service is excellent, she helped me to get the size of sign I wanted to purchase. She even offered to do the order for me . Would definitely recommend.
